Exchange and Return Policy

The return shall be within the following three days from the date of receiving the product and the exchange within the next five days from the date of receiving the product as long as the product has not been used.

Return and exchange method:

2- We provide you with the full address of Al Sidr Al Land to resend the products to us.

3- After verifying that the products have arrived in good condition, the product will be replaced or the amount will be returned to your account within a maximum period of 5 days.

The customer has the right to return and exchange in the event that a wrong product arrives or if the product arrives damaged or damaged as a result of the delivery process after contacting us directly.

We do not accept the return of products damaged due to misuse and we have the right to agree to accept the return of products that do not meet the above criteria.
